For GO users
You can cancel a ride or delivery request before pickup from the trip screen and tell us why. Repeated late cancellations may lead to a cancellation fee or an account review. Any fee is shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation.
Scheduled pickups
You can cancel a scheduled pickup from the app before it starts.
For GO Drivers and GO Dispatch riders
If you cancel an accepted trip, it is released and the GO user is rematched right away. Cancellations count toward your weekly cancellation rate. A set number of cancellations each week do not count against you; the app shows how many you have left.
When a driver cancels
If your driver cancels, GO looks for another driver. You are not charged a cancellation fee for a driver's cancellation.
