GO works when everyone feels safe and respected. These guidelines apply to GO users, GO Drivers, GO Dispatch riders, fleet owners and GO Agents.
Respect everyone
No harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual comments or unwanted contact. Do not contact people after a trip for personal reasons.
Check before you go
GO users should check the driver's photo, vehicle and plate in the app and share their Ride PIN only once in the right car. Drivers should confirm the PIN before starting.
Safe driving
Follow traffic laws, do not use your phone while driving, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Honest use
Use your own account, accurate details and real documents. Do not create fake trips, accounts or reviews.
Deliveries
Send only items that are legal and allowed. Hand over and receive items with the delivery PIN and photo proof.
Reporting
Report problems from the trip in the app or contact support. In danger, use SOS or call 112.
Enforcement
Breaking these guidelines may lead to warnings, suspension or permanent removal.
