These terms apply to GO Drivers and GO Dispatch riders ("Driver Partners") who use the GO app operated by Mendifier Innovations Ltd ("Mendifier", "we", "us"). They add to the Terms of Service.
Independent partners
Driver Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Mendifier. You choose when to go online and which requests to accept. Declining or skipping a request does not affect your account.
Eligibility and verification
Before you can go online you must verify your identity in the app with a government ID (NIN slip, voter's card, international passport or driver's licence) and a selfie that is compared with your ID photo. You must also upload your driver's licence, vehicle registration or proof of ownership, insurance and a profile photo, and add your vehicle type, model, plate number and vehicle photos. Fleet-registered and agent-registered drivers
Fleet owners and verified GO Agents can create Driver Partner accounts. Drivers created this way receive a temporary password and must still complete verification and keep their documents current.
Your vehicle and documents
Keep your licence, vehicle papers and insurance valid, and keep your vehicle roadworthy and matching the details and photos in the app. Update the app when anything changes. Documents may be re-checked.
Trips and deliveries
You can choose passenger rides, deliveries, or both. Check the Ride PIN or delivery PIN before starting a trip or handing over an item, and take the required photo proof for deliveries.
Cancellations
If you cancel an accepted trip it is released and the GO user is rematched. Repeated cancellations count toward your cancellation rate and may lead to an account review. See the cancellation policy.
Earnings and commission
Earnings, commission and payouts are shown in the app for each trip. Mendifier may update its fees with notice in the app.
Safety and conduct
Follow the law, the community guidelines and the acceptable use policy. Use SOS and contact emergency services (112) when there is danger.
Suspension and appeals
We may suspend accounts for safety, fraud, invalid documents or serious breaches. You can appeal a suspension from the app.
